Darcy French

Darcy has more than 5 years’ experience in the disability sector. Originally, he started in the sector as a specialist support coordinator, before taking on informal operational responsibilities. He then worked within the NDIS in access reviews. While valuable, he found himself drawn back to more direct person-centred work.

Darcey has developed a strong foundation supporting people with complex needs, including those experiencing justice involvement, homelessness, psychosocial disability and substance use challenges. He’s passionate about working alongside people to help them live fulfilling lives and achieve their individual goals.

Outside of work, Darcy is looking forward to his wedding later in the year. He shares his home with his two dogs Albie and Arlo and enjoys being involved in local sport and golf.
