InLife has been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work® by the leading global authority on workplace culture.

I’m pleased to share that InLife has received official Great Place to Work® certification, along with excellent results in our yearly employee survey.

95% of team memers are proud to work for InLife

Hundreds had their say, and the People & Culture team read each piece of feedback individually.

“I just love the fact Inlife focuses on mental health and well-being of staff as well as its clients."

We had a huge amount of positive feedback about:

  • Our client-centred, purpose-driven approach

  • Our welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment

  • Leadership and communication

  • Employee wellbeing and work-life balance.

“Its desire to create the highest quality disability support provider in the country”

Our strong result with safety continued, with 87 per cent of team members agreeing InLife provides a safe work environment, the same as last year.

92% of team members are happy working for InLife
“Great place for learning. They provide a lot of training”

Each year we use everyone’s feedback from the survey to make InLife an even better place to work.

This year we’re focusing on:
