What our team really thinks: Sharing InLife's 2025 Your Say results

96% of InLife team members say we're a great place to work, and here's what our 2025 employee survey revealed.

Every year, we ask our team to share their honest experiences through our “Your Say” survey. And every year, the results remind us why working in disability support is so much more than a job.

In 2025, more than 500 InLife team members shared their feedback, and I couldn’t be prouder of what they had to say.

Our 2025 employee survey highlights

One of the standout results this year is the impact of our ongoing investment in leadership development. We received excellent feedback on our leaders and communication, showing that developing our leaders makes a real difference for our people.

Our employee Net Promoter Score reached 73, the highest result I’ve seen in my career. It’s a huge achievement and a result worth celebrating.

We've long believed that disability support can be a career for life. That belief is reflected in our data, with 92% of InLife team members seeing themselves still

working with us in 2 years' time. When people choose to stay, it creates consistency in teams, and that’s what clients feel day-to-day.

As for the qualitative feedback, people say they feel supported and see their leaders as approachable and transparent.

“I feel supported, valued, and proud of the work we do for clients. It’s a positive place to work, and the impact we make really matters.
“The client care is focused on empowerment, client choice and client-centred.”
“I feel trusted to do my job, my contributions are valued, and leadership is approachable and transparent.”
