In consulting, I saw time and again how hard it is to transform organisations from one way of working to another. That’s why I believe the disability sector needs new players starting from a blank canvas to show the sector how to better serve people with disability.
According to the article, the future is “flat, distributed organisations run with great technology and highly autonomous, motivated staff”.
