Jessica Douch

Jessica has been working in Disability for more than 6 years, starting off as a Support Worker and working as an Education Support Staff member at a Special Developmental School.

Jessica grew up with a cousin who had a disability and always wanted to help make a difference in the disability sector. Jessica has a cert IV in Disability and is currently completing my diploma in Community Services.

With a caring nature, Jessica has always been passionate about her job. As a Coordinator in Bendigo, Jessica makes sure that clients have access to the right supports and can live life to their fullest potential. She likes to make a difference to those around her, no matter how big or small.

Jessica has a young daughter and a dog named Chilli. She enjoys spending time with family, going for walks, cooking and reading.
