Frank Knafelc

Frank made a career switch to the disability sector after more than 25 years working in customer service for Qantas.

He started as a casual support worker in 2015 before becoming an acting house supervisor in Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses.

Frank has both a Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Disability.

In his downtime, you’ll catch Frank supporting the Western Bulldogs and bingeing on crime thrillers or documentaries.

He also has a 12-year-old Golden Retriever called Maz.
