Growing our footprint with local offices

With InLife offices in Ringwood, Narre Warren, Melbourne CBD, Ballarat and Geelong, plus Benalla on the way soon, our footprint is expanding all the time.

When it comes to growth it’s crucial to maintain your values and culture.

As a high-quality support provider we’re investing in spaces for our clients, support workers and managers to come together, share experiences and collaborate.

And while we continue to offer lots of flexibility for our client service team, who can truly work from anywhere with their laptop or phone, we still value bricks and mortar offices.

It’s why we’ve more than tripled our physical footprint in the past year across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

And we’ve been thrilled with how it’s turned out!

The office locations were chosen based on their vicinity to clients - so we have a local hub that can be used by the whole team. Amenities such as public transport and parking were taken into account.

Each office is also accessible and includes a privacy space, deep focus area and collaboration and training room.

Another important part of the process was that our senior leaders, known as Client Service Managers, were part of the design process. This means each space is unique to each team’s needs. For example, our Sunshine office which opened last month, even includes a dog area, much to the delight of both clients and team members!

We now have offices in the following locations.

We’re also very excited about our new Benalla office due to open in mid-October. We have been operating in north east Victoria for several years and our regional team cannot wait to have an actual physical space in the centre of town to act as a local hub.

For a workforce that largely works one-on-one in people’s homes, having a space to catch up in person with each other or managers is of real value. And the same rings true for clients and their families. Being able to connect in person with your team is about building trust and relationships - something that's incredibly important to us as a disability support provider.
